I’m Sarah Foubert, trading as foubography. I offer photography and web design services in the UK and EU.

• Schedule and carry out photography sessions

Your data is securely stored on trusted platforms including:

• Acuity Scheduling (for session bookings)

• Google Drive and Dropbox (for client galleries and project files)

• Xero or Stripe (for invoicing and payments)

• Squarespace and/or Google Analytics (for website activity)

I retain data only for as long as necessary and review stored data annually. Client images are stored for a minimum of six months.

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data

• Correct inaccurate data

• Request deletion of your data

• Object to processing

• Withdraw consent at any time
