01 | The Preparation
While booking, you’ll fill out a quick form with your website logins, your prioritised list of tasks (1 to 5), and a link to any images or copy I need.
I’ll need this 24 hours before we meet so we don't waste a single minute of your session.

02 | The Session
We jump on Google Meet and I get straight to work on your site while you watch, give feedback, and collaborate live.
No waiting around for emails, no misinterpreting feedback. Just getting things done without the faff.

03 | The Hard Boundary
This is a strict 60-minute block. At the 50-minute mark, I’ll pause what I'm doing so we can review the live updates and ensure your site is completely stable before we log off.
Please note: Any bits left unfinished at the end of our hour will require booking a new Support Block or upgrading to a separate layout round.
