When can I have the student discount?

*student discounts are given on proof of student ID. Young professional discounts are given on proof of graduating in the last year.

Where do you take photos?

I usually take photos at my flat in Manchester City Centre, but I am willing to travel as well.

Where can I park?

There is a car park on Tib Street (M4 1PD), about a 1 minute walk from the flat.

What do I do once I'm there?

Please use the doorbell left of the door to enter. You can use the down arrow to find the flat number and the bell button to ring the doorbell.

How do I book a session?

You can book a session on my online booking system. You can book any time that come up, so feel free to choose any time that works best for you.

What if I can't find a time on the booking system that works for me?

If you're experiencing any problems or you're really stuck to find a specific time, don't hesitate to send me an email on sarah@foubography.com 

What are your payment methods?

I accept cash, bank transfer or you can pay online when you are booking your session. You can pay by bank transfer once the invoice has been sent out.


How does a portrait session work?

The best pictures are taken when you're at ease so I'll try my best to make sure you're comfortable. We'll start off with a cup of tea or coffee and once you're ready we'll set off. We'll have a chat while I'm taking photos and after a while you won't even notice the camera.

What clothing should I bring?

This depends on what you need the photos for, but I would suggest colourful clothes that you feel comfortable in. Bring a couple of outfits and than you can see how you feel once you're there.


Can I choose my favourite photos myself?

Pictures will be uploaded on your own page on Pixieset where you can proof, like and share them.

How long will it take for you to finish the photos?

Once you have picked your favourites, I will edit them and send them back to you within 7 working days.

Can I have the RAW photos?

No RAW pictures will be provided.

In what format will I receive the photos? 

I will upload the photos on the same website where you have proofed them, where you can then share, like and download them. Alternatively I can put them on a DVD or a USB stick on request.




  1. Once you have messaged me to book in a session, or have booked in a session via the website, you will receive a email as confirmation from the scheduling service Acuity and an email from Invoice2Go with your invoice and a deposit request of 10%. Once I’ve received the deposit, the booking will then be considered Confirmed.

  2. Once you have made a booking for a specific time and date and this date/time has been Confirmed, I will not accept any other work from other clients for those times and dates;

  3. As a result, once a booking is Confirmed, if it is subsequently cancelled 48 hours before the confirmed date, you will lose your deposit. In addition to this cancellation fee, the client will be charged for any expenses already incurred by me.

  4. Rescheduling is possible up to 48hours before the confirmed date. Your deposit will move to the new date, but the client will be charged for any travel expenses already incurred by me.

  5. Travel expsenses are not included in the price and will be charged on top of the fee.
